Join our Banking and Financial Services marketing team to deliver our marketing vision, playing an important role delivering Business Bank and Wealth businesses marketing activity.

What role will you play?

You will work with specialist marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful programs that drive measurable results. You will deliver multiple owned, earned and paid marketing campaigns, including developing concepts, briefing central teams (including creative, comms, web, content and sales teams) and campaign reporting.

You will run always-on activity, deliver strategic initiatives, and utilise data and analytics to monitor project performance, identify and communicate areas for improvement, and implement actionable optimisations.

What you offer

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services marketing or a similar industry,
  • Ability to deliver multiple initiatives, across owned, earned and paid channels, in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of, or willingness to quickly learn about, the Australian Business Banking and Wealth Management landscapes, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
  • Experience adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Experience in Agile, working on platforms such as Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence), Salesforce, Adobe, are highly desirable.
  • A track record of working closely with sales and business development teams to achieve measurable results.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
