What role will you play?

As a Data Quality Manager working in regulatory data, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing, monitoring, and improving data quality across Banking and Financial Services using automation and AI. You will design and implement robust data quality frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, and drive initiatives for continuous improvement. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring data integrity and compliance while supporting the organisation's strategic objectives.

• Proven experience designing and implementing data quality rules and validation frameworks within complex data pipelines
• Advanced technical skills in Python, SQL, and Alteryx, with the ability to deploy scalable automated data quality solutions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyse, and resolve intricate data quality issues through root cause analysis and innovative problem-solving
• Experience developing and maintaining automated data quality monitoring solutions and dashboards for critical data elements
• Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across data engineering, business intelligence, and various business units to resolve incidents and define requirements.
