What role will you play?

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering data driven insights and solutions by creating and distributing reports using tools like Excel and Power BI, responding to ad-hoc customer data queries, and continuously enhancing our Power BI dashboards to deliver exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include providing data analytics advisory and best practice implementation support to teams across Group Procurement and Business Services.

You will also contribute to and execute recommendations for strategic initiatives, while enhancing and maintaining reports and dashboards on procurement data for senior management. Additionally, you will interpret and address data queries from Group Procurement colleagues and business stakeholders, identify opportunities to automate and optimise existing processes, and collaborate with Group Procurement Technology teams to resolve data issues and test solutions effectively.

  • Experience in data management and data analysis, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and relevant experience with platforms such as SQL, Power BI or Alteryx
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with business stakeholders
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Procurement domain experience is an advantage
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
