What role will you play?

In this role, you will collaborate with business and technology experts to enhance the People & Culture’s Starters, Transfers, and Leavers (STL) platform on Pega. Leveraging emerging technology trends, you will deliver innovative, agile solutions tailored to client needs. Your contributions will drive enterprise-wide technology improvements and efficiency.

What you offer

3+ years of hands-on Pega development experience, proficiency in Pega PRPC (version 8.8+), expertise in workflows/rules/UI design, Pega integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP), Java/SQL familiarity, and Pega CSSA certification
Deliver Pega changes to automate end-to-end business processes and integrate with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Pega out-of-the-box connectors
Analyze, design, and build complex integrations with external platforms to streamline data flows and ensure efficient automation
Promote development best practices using Pega Guardrails, uplift existing standards, and consult with senior stakeholders on platform improvements
Comfortable collaborating in an agile environment, working within multi-disciplinary squads to deliver high-quality solutions in fast-paced settings
