What role will you play?

You will be responsible for delivering expert advice and support to employees and managers, building strong relationships across the organisation and ensuring timely resolution of queries. You will drive continuous improvement in service delivery, recommend updates to policies and procedures, and escalate risks as needed to maintain service effectiveness. Leveraging data and insights, you will support leaders in making informed workforce decisions, oversee systems for data integrity, and collaborate with Technology and other departments to enhance the team’s technology capability. Your responsibilities also include managing talent acquisition, onboarding and mobility processes, supporting cyclical talent management activities, and mentoring junior members of the team to foster professional growth.

In addition, you will assist with employee relations cases, lead lower-level employee relations matters, and support organisational design initiatives such as restructuring and workforce planning. You will contribute to compensation and benefits processes, manage family-friendly policies, and actively support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Engaging in project management, you will identify opportunities for new projects, support regional and global team initiatives, and ensure effective offboarding experiences.

  • Qualified or working towards a level 3 (or higher) in Human Resources or related field
  • Knowledge of EMEA employment legislation
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures and best practices, with the ability to provide expert advice and resolve queries efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration across teams
  • Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee mobility and supporting cyclical talent management activities
  • Solid understanding of employee relations, organisational design, restructuring and workforce planning processes
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and systems to provide actionable insights, with the ability to collaborate with Technology and other departments to improve technology and data integrity
