This is an exciting opportunity to join the Central Legal and Governance Group at Macquarie, supporting the Governance/Company Secretarial team. This role will allow you to grow and develop your skills, interacting across all levels of Macquarie.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the team that manages the company secretarial and board governance requirements for Macquarie Group companies across ANZ and Asia.

We are looking for an organised and energetic board support administrator who is proactive, with strong attention to detail, strong communication skills and thrives in a busy and diverse working environment.

What you offer

  • 1+ years of experience in a board support or similar administrative support role ideally within a Governance or Company Secretarial team.
  • Experience in coordinating meetings, preparing and executing documents, coordinating board meeting packs, processing invoices and expenses, data entry, assisting with IT needs, and performing various ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with Diligent Boards or another board paper distribution portal, Diligent Entities and Docusign would be ideal but not essential.
