What role will you play?

You will help establish, update and implement standard MyLearning process services and workflows globally, supporting Tier 0, Tier 1 and Tier 2 stakeholders. As a central resource for regional BFS learning teams and contributors, you will coordinate between the MyLearning team, HR Tech, learners, course owners and other departments such as Compliance, People and Culture, PX and Branding. Your role will include reviewing and enhancing existing processes and the MyLearning Knowledgebase to promote customer self-service and reduce case volumes, as well as engaging in governance activities, ensuring alignment and regular reporting on monthly performance, service levels and improvement actions.

Additionally, you will manage and deliver events, sessions, eLearning rollouts and roster assignments, using both manual and dynamic methods. Advising stakeholders on optimal solutions for their learning needs and creating reference materials to educate and upskill new or existing MyLearning specialists and advisors will also be key responsibilities.

  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships
  • 1-3 years' experience in quality assurance, compliance and regulatory adherence and process mapping or process documentation experience
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to strategically analyse data and trends, diagnose opportunities and provide interventions
  • Knowledge and experience with learning management system administration or MyLearning Support  
  • Learning design experience including basic design or content update (Articulate or similar learning design or learning content tool)
  • Ability to navigate and influence a large matrix organisation, prioritise and effectively bring solutions
  • Self-starter who is keen on tracking deliverables and pending and completed tasks
  • Experienced with learning report preparation, maintaining shared folders, links, correspondence templates and related documentation.
