What role will you play?

As a Senior Software Engineer, you are a hands-on practitioner who is passionate about code quality, automated testing, reliability and best practices. You have a strong background in modern software delivery within a DevOps culture. You will be responsible for the architecture, design, development, testing and operations of platform APIs and microservices, and deliver incrementally in iterative cycles. You will also act as a mentor to junior engineers, helping them grow through code reviews and design workshops. You will help cultivate a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and improvement in the team.

What you offer

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development
• Deep proficiency and understanding of Java programming and features with experience with Spring Boot
• Strong hands-on experience in architecture and solution design
• Deep understanding and experience with microservice and micro front-end architecture
• Expertise with container and cloud computing platform, previous experience with AWS service is valuable
• Strong focus on code quality, automated testing and best practices
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS framework
• Experience with RDBMS database like Postgres
• Experience with SDLC tools like Confluence, JIRA, BitBucket, Bamboo etc.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team player with all levels of the organisation
• Experience with observability tools like Grafana/Splunk
• Able to work independently to deliver business goals and motivated to mentor and share knowledge to junior team members.
