We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on, solution-focused Executive Assistant to support the Real Assets Infrastructure and Portfolio Performance Group teams within Macquarie Asset Management.  

This will be a 12-month contract position.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for supporting the Real Assets Infrastructure and Portfolio Performance Group teams; managing complex calendars, organising travel, handling expense claims, onboarding and offboarding staff, and other ad hoc projects.  Working closely with other Executive Assistants in the team, you will coordinate team events and meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders, while proactively anticipating the needs of the Executives you support.

  • Experience managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and zoom calls across multiple time zones
  • Expertise in booking and scheduling both domestic and complex international travel, including coordination of approvals and preparation of itineraries
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure, manage a busy workload, conflicting priorities and deadline effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, planning and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong stakeholder management
  • A flexible, positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and high attention to detail
