Join our global People and Culture team, supporting our Commodities and Global Markets business providing end to end support across the annual people calendar ensuring alignment with divisional strategies and commercial priorities.

This is a 12-month contract.

What role will you play?

You will work closely with Divisional People and Culture Leads and the broader People and Culture team to provide quality HR advice, in addition to supporting the business across the annual people calendar with the delivery of year-end processes, remuneration review, talent management and employee listening activities. You will coach and advise business leaders and their teams, and support with workforce strategy discussions and succession planning activities. You will leverage data and insights to guide business leaders in making informed decisions regarding people, workforce and talent.
You will also drive the operationalisation of HR initiatives across the business in the ANZ region to ensure consistency in processes and policies where possible.

What you offer

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, combined with demonstrable experience in an HR generalist or specialist role delivering a diverse range of People and Culture activities across the employee lifecycle
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
  • Familiarity with an investment banking, global markets or broader financial services environment is valuable
  • Strong communication and relationship management capability
  • Ability to analyse and communicate data driven insights.
