In this role, you will help maintain a strong financial control environment across our global organisation while leading an inclusive and high-performing team. You will be responsible for delivering key processes, driving operational excellence, and ensuring effective process ownership. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the business, gaining deep insight into the functions and teams you support.

• CA with minimum 3years of experience in technical accounting, with a deep understanding of IFRS and the ability to assess and apply appropriate accounting treatments to complex business transactions. 

• Advanced financial reporting and analysis capabilities, including month-end close, balance sheet management, and statutory, regulatory, and tax reporting. 

• Sound payroll and benefits accounting knowledge, supported by strong reconciliation and financial control skills. 

• Proven ability to drive process improvement, lead projects, and enhance operational efficiency and internal controls. 

• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills, with strong planning and prioritisation abilities to deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
