Join our Sales Analytics team, a dedicated team of professionals utilising data and AI to support our sales team, business heads and senior leadership to execute on the Commodities and Global Markets business’ client strategy.

What role will you play?

As a Data Analyst, you will manage the entire lifecycle of analytical solutions, from gathering requirements with cross-functional teams to implementing best-practice data modelling and design principles. Furthermore, you will utilise your advanced analytics capabilities, including AI and ML, to generate actionable client insights and drive productivity through automation. You will partner with the Group Data Office, Data Architects, and Data Domain Owners to shape data strategy, ensuring data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance. 

What you offer

  • 3+ years’ experience as a business, data, or technical analyst, ideally within Capital Markets or Investment Banking
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML augmented analytics, automation tools, or self-service BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Dataiku), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics), and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or an eagerness to learn emerging data technologies and methodologies
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R
  • Proven project and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to build relationships, manage conflicting priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Understanding of end-to-end delivery of data products and applications, including group policies and procedures for data collection and analysis.
