What role will you play?

You will oversee end-to-end invoice and Purchase Order processing within the Coupa payment system, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include managing daily work allocation, communicating with internal teams and suppliers, maintaining documentation, and supporting process efficiency through reporting and analysis.

What you offer

• 1+ years of experience in a large corporate environment, focusing on procurement and invoice processing using e-procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
• Strong follow-up, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask independently
• Experience or knowledge of Coupa Software and data analysis tools (Excel or similar) preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and effectively communicate with both internal teams and external suppliers.
