​​As a Lead Engineer on the Equities and Multi-Asset team, you will partner with the Macquarie Asset Management business and take part in end-to-end solution delivery.​

​​You will design and build clean, efficient, robust and reliable solutions that deliver to our business and our future state architecture, as a team owning the solution end to end. You will also share responsibility towards improving quality, modernising our stack, continuous delivery, production support and are passionate about growing upon our DevOps principles.​ 

What you offer

• Extensive hands-on experience in designing and delivering full stack technology solutions to solve business problems preferably within Asset Management or financial services
• Demonstrated ability to propose and implement solutions across full stack applications and data pipelines running in the cloud (preferably AWS).
• Ability to communicate complex technical challenges and their solutions clearly to peers and junior engineers to align on solutions and mentor others in the team.
• Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architectures, DevOps practices, and containerization technologies.
• You will be considered a top candidate if you have familiarity with our tech stack (React, Python, AWS, Lambda, Redshift, S3), our platforms (Aladdin, Bloomberg, FactSet) or our business domain (research, portfolio construction, trading and execution, performance attribution across equities, fixed income and derivatives)
