Our Home Lending Product team are responsible for the strategic direction and performance of our Home Lending products. You’ll be part of a supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drive outcomes.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be key to shaping the future of our Home Lending products and portfolio, with a strong focus on product governance, customer experience and customer collateral. You will have the opportunity to work across the entire home lending value chain, from product design and delivery through to key moments in the home lending product lifecycle. Additionally, you will lead product change initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement, delivering impactful outcomes in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will work closely with our partners such as Risk, Compliance, Credit Risk, Treasury, Distribution, and Technology.

  • Home loans experience and/or banking product management experience
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a keen eye for detail
  • You will be self-motived and able to effectively manage deadlines, deal with a multitude of different tasks concurrently and prioritise appropriately.
