What role will you play?

In this role, you will play a critical part in the stewardship of our home lending product portfolio, ensuring its integrity, performance, and regulatory soundness. You will be the day-to-day custodian of our products, responsible for managing core product documentation, overseeing regulatory obligations, and monitoring the overall health of the portfolio. You will also work closely with risk teams, contributing a product-focused view to balance customer outcomes, regulatory expectations, and commercial realities.

A key focus of your role will be to develop a portfolio-level view of product intelligence by connecting insights from multiple sources, such as customer feedback, complaints, and performance data. You will develop and embed frameworks to assess trends and surface early indicators of risk or opportunity. Partnering with teams across Banking and Financial Services, you will identify cross-product themes and translate your insights into clear actions for our product strategy and priorities.

What you offer

• Experience in home loans and/or banking product management within a regulated financial services environment.
• Hands-on ownership of product governance, including regulatory obligations, documentation, and monitoring.
• A proven ability to analyse and synthesise complex data to identify themes, trends, and emerging insights.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a broad product ecosystem.
• A self-motivated and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgement.
