What role will you play?

As a Data Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening trust in our data through effective governance and management practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to define, manage, and improve data quality, while coaching others in best practice data management. Your work will help ensure our data is ready for advanced analytics and AI, supporting the delivery of measurable business outcomes.

What you offer

  • Strong data business analyst skills including relationship-building skills with the ability to understand stakeholder requirements, communicate effectively, and partner to deliver outcomes
  • Experience managing data and applying data governance practices, ideally within financial services or a related sector
  • Proficiency with data management tools and platforms, such as Collibra, and familiarity with data analysis tools including SQL, Dataiku, Alteryx, and PowerBI
  • A track record of delivering measurable business improvements through data governance and management activities, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, adaptability to change, and an interest in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
