Our Banking and Financial Services Treasury Regulatory Reporting team in Sydney is dedicated to producing accurate balance sheet and statistical reports for external authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. We work collaboratively with key business stakeholders and other treasury and finance teams to uphold robust control standards and support Macquarie’s commitment to regulatory excellence.

What role will you play?

As a Manager, you will prepare and review regulatory reports for external bodies, maintain thorough documentation to support annual audits, and seek opportunities to enhance and automate reporting processes. You will engage with internal stakeholders, analyse data to inform decision-making, and participate in process improvements to ensure adherence to compliance and control standards.

What you offer

  • Previous experience in financial services or banking, with knowledge of regulatory reporting, data, and accounting processes
  • Technical understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in systems such as Fusion ledger and Axiom, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities with a high attention to detail
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships through effective communication.
