What role will you play?

As a Project Manager within the Global Technology & Security team, you will lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of IT projects, working closely with technical and business teams to achieve project objectives. You will manage projects of varying sizes, support programme managers on complex initiatives, and ensure successful stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will be key in bridging technical requirements and business outcomes, driving transformation and continuous improvement. 

What you offer

  • Over 7 years’ experience in IT, including 5+ years as a Project Manager delivering projects and programmes of various scales
  • Extensive experience with large-scale transformation projects, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Knowledge of both JIRA and confluence.
  • Strong planning, analysis, and implementation capabilities, with a proven ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to foster high-performing teams and manage relationships with stakeholders and third-party providers
  • Excellent documentation and listening skills, with a proactive, adaptable approach to change and conflict resolution
  • Experience in managing and coaching project teams, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Project Coordinators
  • Knowledge of global cybersecurity standards and governance frameworks.
  • Cyber experience with project delivery, having experience in aligning cyber risk strategies to clearly defined outcomes and controls.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to stay focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
