What you offer

• You have strong experience across the full software development lifecycle including design, build, test, and supporting enterprise and mission-critical production platforms
• You have proven hands-on experience developing backend applications, integrations and microservices using Javascript, NodeJS or Python programming language
• You have hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and GKE, including designing and deploying solutions within a cloud environment
• Strong practical experience and passion in applying your hands-on experience with Conversational AI, STT/TTS, and Workforce Management tools to solve complex business problems and create exceptional user experiences
• Domain knowledge in cloud-based contact centre platforms (e.g. Twilio, Google CCAAS, or Amazon Connect)
