Join our Cash Equities team, where you will play a crucial role in analysing, designing and implementing trading solutions that meet the needs of our global clients. The team works closely with stakeholders, developers and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

What role will you play?

You will collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure timely delivery of projects. You will analyse business processes, design solutions, assist in the development and execution of test plans, and create detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications and user stories.

In addition, you will provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new trading applications and features and stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies in trading applications.

What you offer

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
  • 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Experience in using SQL, JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience in project management and coordination across multiple teams and time zones
  • An understanding of trading systems, financial markets and trading strategies
  • Experience working with global teams and managing projects across different regions.
