Our Organisation Change Management team is central to Macquarie’s Cyber Security division, leading strategic initiatives that support the transformation of identity management capabilities. What role will you play?

As a Organisational Change Manager, you will oversee and deliver programme-level engagement, communications, and training across a multi-year technology transformation. You will provide strategic advice, guide executive communications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality materials for a range of stakeholder groups. Your work will shape and execute practical change management strategies, supporting the adoption of new capabilities and strengthening the programme’s brand and alignment across technology functions.

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) leading complex change management initiatives within technology-driven environments such as cyber security, risk, engineering, or digital transformation
  • Proven ability to develop and implement change management strategies and plans that drive successful outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to translate technical information into clear, accessible business language and produce high-quality information materials
  • Proficiency in collaboration and productivity tools, including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and online whiteboards
  • Understanding of learning frameworks and experience in developing targeted training and educational content
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity, prioritise work effectively, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A flexible approach and willingness to embrace and adapt to change.
