What role will you play?

You will be responsible for all post trade allocations and clearing for all SGX trades, including performing T+1 trade amendments and giveups, position transfers/position limit monitoring, and submission of regulatory reports to SGX/MAS. You will investigate and resolve SGX breaks raised by the headquarter team, monitor all trades booked to suspense / holding and average price accounts, manage timely escalations, and ensure procedures are up to date and reviewed on a periodic basis. 

You will also be responsible for the preparation of T+1 exchange and broker reconciliations for global exchanges, providing the highest standard of service and support to internal clients and the business. In addition, you will continuously review/monitor workflow and strive for efficiencies in time, costs and service levels as well as work on operations related projects, influence change and manage stakeholders.

• Degree qualified with up to 3 years relevant clearing operations experience
• Strong control mindset with the ability to escalate, digest large quantities of information, formulate appropriate action plans and prioritise and identify key risks
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and under pressure
• Customer and Solution driven mindset with the flexibility to reflect on key risk areas, propose solutions and improve processes
• Meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
