What role will you play?

In this role, you will support the application of Macquarie Group’s non financial risk management frameworks across Macquarie Capital and assist in delivering updates and enhancements to those frameworks.

You will support the development and monitoring of metrics, thresholds and supporting analysis, support on matters of governance including Financial Accountability Regime, support on risk management change initiatives and assist in delivering updates and enhancements to those frameworks, partnering with business, risk and compliance stakeholders across Macquarie Capital.

You will also support the preparation of Operational Risk reporting on frameworks for Senior Management forums, covering both business-aligned and legal entity perspectives. You will provide clear insight into risk appetite, conduct risk, and risk culture outcomes, and support effective risk oversight across Macquarie Capital.

What you offer

• 4+ years’ experience in an operational risk or related risk role.
• Experience in non-financial risk, conduct risk, or operational risk within financial services.
• Strong capability in framework development, metrics, and senior management reporting.
• Proven experience in root-cause analysis and thematic risk assessment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
