What role will you play?

In this dynamic role, you will be the central point of contact for a broad range of operational and administrative needs. You will support four Directors and their teams by managing diaries, coordinating meetings, arranging travel and organising team events. You'll also be responsible for onboarding of contractor resources and working with the broader group of assistants to improve the contractor onboarding process. Acting as a key resource for the Commodities and Global Markets Group Technology team in Australia, you will be identifying and solving administrative and operational challenges and act as a key point of contact for communications and administration team tasks. Other aspects of your role will include ensuring a seamless experience for team members during onboarding and offboarding plus coordinating logistics for team events, meetings, and training.

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or assistant role
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate effectively at an executive level
  • Superb organisational skills, with proven experience juggling diary management, travel arrangements, and event coordination
  • A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a flexible and proactive approach to providing support across the team
