Join our Client Solutions Group in Macquarie Asset Management as an RFP/ DDQ Content Manager, supporting our Wealth and Institutional Public Markets business in the region. What role will you play?

You will play a key role in promoting stakeholder engagement and excellence in execution for sales proposals (RFP’s) and operational due diligence questionnaires (DDQs). You will also be pursuing continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to processes and procedures, including developing standardized content for our investment process, compliance, operational and support functions. Your responsibilities will also include integrating relevant components into RocketDocs (our AI enabled repository system) and supporting the development of standard language into our RFP database. 

What you offer

  • 3+ years experience as a writer in an investment management RFP/DDQ role
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience working in the asset management industry, including exposure to assets classes such as equities, fixed income, infrastructure and private credit
  • Exposure to asset management operational, governance, ESG, risk and other related non-investment functional areas
  • Demonstrated experience of partnering with sales, client service and investment partners to devise solutions for the most complex client needs
  • Ability to manage multiple competing projects and meet deadlines.
