Joining as an RFP & DDQ Analyst is an excellent entry point for those looking to establish a career in asset management. You will work across our investment, sales and client service teams, gaining broad exposure to our Public Markets capabilities and the way we serve our wealth and institutional clients — developing both technical knowledge and professional skills that will position you with a broad range of career pathways within Macquarie. 

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality responses to sales proposals (RFPs) and operational due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) for wealth and institutional clients, Your role will also involve preparing high-quality RFP and DDQ responses that showcase investment capabilities, maintaining standardised content across key functions, and managing content within RocketDocs. You will also drive continuous improvements to RFP/DDQ processes and support the development of the RFP database.

We're looking for curiosity, drive and strong communication skills above all else. You may be early in your career or pivoting into asset management — either way, we want to hear from you if you bring:
  • 1–2 years of experience in a writing, research, communications, client service or financial services role — RFP/DDQ experience is a plus, not a must
  • Strong written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail - experience in professional writing or editing in any context is valued
  • A genuine interest in financial markets and asset management — formal exposure to asset classes is beneficial but not required; we'll help you build that knowledge on the job
  • Exposure to asset management operational, governance, ESG, risk and other related non-investment functional areas
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
