What role will you play?

You will provide essential technology support that keeps our people connected and productive. You will manage key end-user computing services, including telephony systems (Cisco and dealer voice) and mobile devices across Apple and Android platforms. You will deliver timely updates to customers, stakeholders, and management during high-impact incidents, ensuring transparency and confidence. Collaborating closely with second and third-level technology teams, you will resolve urgent or complex issues, helping maintain operational resilience and a seamless user experience.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.
