What role will you play?

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring project requirements are clearly understood and documented. You will support the delivery of strategic technology initiatives by gathering and analysing requirements, facilitating process improvements, and collaborating across teams to achieve project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include reviewing business processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, and supporting the implementation of solutions. You will also contribute to both small and large projects, helping to shape the future of technology at Macquarie.

What you offer

  • Extensive experience (7+ years) as a Senior or Technical Business Analyst, working across diverse projects and programmes within the technology sector
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes, identify inefficiencies, and document clear requirements
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to deliver solutions
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language for a range of audiences
  • Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, and the ability to adapt to changing environments while maintaining focus and motivation.
