Join our Wealth Distribution team, who are part of the Client Solutions Group within Macquarie’s Asset Management division. Our team is led by the primary objective of expanding and growing our brand across EMEA Wealth by marketing, capital raising, and providing first-class after-sales service across our flagship investment product capabilities.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for proactively developing a business strategy to grow our brand, presence and capabilities across the Wealth market, including Global Financial Institutions, regional Private Banks and select Family Offices with a primary focus on the Continental European region.

You will provide the highest level of investment expertise to our clients and determine partnership requirements and financial terms of agreement with a key focus on relationships.

You will also be involved in identifying and attending relevant industry conferences, overseeing and delivering local proprietary client events and provide the required regulatory and client reporting needs of Wealth distributors in the region.

What you offer

  • History of business development success and 8+years of sales/relationship management industry related experience across the Wealth market
  • Proven ability to create a strategic plan, identify key decision-makers, and develop meaningful relationships whilst managing concurrent initiatives with varying priorities
  • Track record of converting relationships to flows and growing AUM in flagship investment products with the ability to pivot and cross-sell into additional investment capabilities
  • Ability to translate investment details and explain complex concepts in an appropriate manner digestible by the Wealth market
  • Fluent in at least one European language (French preferred) as well as English to deliver presentations at client/industry events, discuss macro insights across markets and pitch product and asset class capabilities
