Join our dynamic Group Data Office team and collaborate across the Corporate Operations Group to establish and uphold best practices in information management. Leveraging our expertise in data lifecycle management, we work closely with stakeholders to help them effectively manage data-related risks and identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency in data handling.

What role will you play?

You will play a key hands-on role in supporting the division as we adopt, implement, and oversee effective and consistent data lifecycle management practices. This includes areas such as data quality management, data architecture, and records management. Drawing on your expertise, you will design and deliver best practice solutions to categorise, document, understand, and manage data throughout its lifecycle, in alignment with our Frameworks’ minimum requirements. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the division, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and expanding your knowledge of business and operational processes across the enterprise.

What you offer

  • 7+ years experience in data management, records management or data architecture management, ideally within financial services
  • Ability to mine and analyse data, develop and produce reports with meaningful insights, supported by excellent communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, particularly with experience in explaining technical subject matter into plain language relevant to the business
  • Self-sufficient, taking accountability for end-to-end delivery, managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams and provide leadership guidance and advice to the team
  • Experience in managing and delivering change initiatives.
