What role will you play?

In this role, you will lead and mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers to define and execute AI strategy for Equities, focusing on predictive analytics and generative AI. This role involves architecting and prototyping ML and GenAI solutions using open-source frameworks and cloud platforms, while collaborating with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities. You will also grow the team, foster continuous learning, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant deployment of AI models in production.

What you offer

• 9+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI, with a strong academic foundation (Post graduate Masters or PhD in Maths/Engineering )
• Proven track record of delivering ML and GenAI solutions in financial services or a similarly complex domain
• Hands-on experience with agent-based frameworks and LLMs (e.g., LangChain, Haystack, ADK, MPS)
• Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud-native tools (BigQuery, Vertex AI, SageMaker, etc.)
• Interest in learning and understanding the Equities business
