Join our Commodities and Global Markets Group as Executive Assistant, supporting a number of directors and their teams in the Central Division.

This role will be offered as a 12-month contract.

What role will you play?

You will play a pivotal role in managing the schedules of the executive legal team, including coordinating meetings and organising the daily execution and handling of legal documents. You will be responsible for processing payments through our legal invoicing systems (TeamConnect and Coupa) and handling expense claims via our Concur system. Additionally, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

What you offer

• 5+ years’ of experience working in a similar role within the financial services industry or similar sector.
• Excellent planning and organisation skills, with an ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and outstanding attention to detail.
• Outstanding stakeholder management experience with the ability to liaise, interact, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at senior and executive level.
• Intermediate level of skill and knowledge in Microsoft office.
