We are looking for an experienced Banking and Finance professional to support, govern and manage the resolution of Home Lending issues and incidents.

This role focuses on overseeing the effective management of issues and incidents from detection through to resolution. Responsibilities also include identifying and implementing process improvements, awareness and management to regulatory timeframes, enhancing existing policies and supporting other Home Lending Product Managers on key business projects and initiatives.

This is a hands-on product role suited to someone who thrives in shared ownership environments, values strong partnerships with teams in the value chain, and knows how to drive outcomes through influence rather than formal authority.

What you offer

• 5+ years’ experience in Banking and Finance roles.
• Clear communicator who can influence outcomes without owning every decision.
• Proven experience working closely with risk, legal and technology teams to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Comfortable operating in a complex environment and navigating trade-offs across risk, technology and delivery constraints.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple changing priorities and has the ability to cope with uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Experience in home lending or commercial lending as well as in implementing process improvement and policy change highly regarded
• Understanding of the home loan regulatory landscape.
