Join our Identity Management team as a User Access Management Operator and become a critical link in supporting over 5,000 staff within Banking and Financial Services. In this pivotal role, you will play an essential part in safeguarding our organisation’s digital assets, ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and applications

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that staff within Banking and Financial Services have the appropriate access required to perform their duties, and for revoking access when it is no longer needed. You will conduct user access reviews, respond to related queries, and ensure timely completion of asset profile reviews. You will resolve issues such as uncorrelated accounts, failed leavers and revokes, and Segregation of Duties violations. You will manage Slack chats, providing prompt support to meet business needs, and leverage your understanding of role-based access within Banking and Financial Services to answer access-related queries. Additionally, you will undertake ad hoc tasks aimed at reducing risk and improving efficiency across Identity Management.

  • You hold a relevant degree in Information Commerce, Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • You have strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all access management tasks
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across teams
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with SailPoint or similar IAM tools is beneficial
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
