You will manage the full lifecycle of market data contracts, including timely review, renewal, cancellation and compliance with internal processes, as well as track upcoming contract expirations, analyse how contracts are used across the organisation, and provide updates and insights to internal stakeholders. You will also support the setup of new market data agreements by coordinating with the legal team, performing basic vendor negotiations, and obtaining the necessary financial approvals. Maintaining accurate and current contract records within Optimise Spend and responding to contract‑related queries will be key components of your day‑to‑day work.

You will oversee and improve month‑end contract reporting, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data and alignment with broader operational requirements. In close collaboration with the Group Procurement Market Data Operations team, you will integrate contract lifecycle activities into overall procurement and operational workflows.
