Our User Access Management team is focused on strengthening how we design, assess, and manage identity and access across our Banking and Financial Services division. What role will you play?

You will play a central role in shaping and refining our identity management policies and processes. You will work closely with engineers and agile delivery teams to translate business needs into clear requirements, contribute to feature refinement, and support the adoption of modern cloud‑based identity solutions. Your work will help ensure our access management practices are robust, scalable, and aligned with our broader transformation goals

What you offer

  • 3+ years of experience in User Access Management, with strong knowledge of identity and access control principles and practices
  • Hands‑on working experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including role‑based access control and business/IT role mining
  • Familiarity with Privileged Access Management tools, such as CyberArk
  • Experience in agile delivery environments, with the ability to participate effectively in agile ceremonies and collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, combined with a proactive mindset and the ability to contribute to process improvements.
