What role will you play?

In this dynamic role you will support three Directors and their teams by managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel. Acting as a key resource for the business support team, you will be identifying and solving administrative challenges, and act as a key point of contact to your teams. Other aspects of your role will include ensuring a seamless experience for team members during onboarding and offboarding plus coordinating logistics for team events, meetings, and training.  As a valued member of the business support team, you'll be working closely with other EA’s on joint initiatives.

  • Proven experience in a similar assistant role
  • An expert in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate effectively at an executive level
  • Superb organisational skills, with proven experience juggling diary management, travel arrangements, and event coordination
  • A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a flexible and proactive approach to providing support across the team
  • A passion for helping people.
