Join our team with this excellent opportunity in our Melbourne office as a Relief Executive Assistant supporting a wide and diverse group of stakeholders across Macquarie Capital. This is a 12-18 month contract

What role will you play?

As a Relief Executive Assistant, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of business activities covering for our Executive Assistants whilst they are on leave. You will provide a high level of support to a range of teams and executives and will have the opportunity to work across every aspect of the business. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the organisation and utilise your Executive Assistant and interpersonal skills.

What you offer

  • 2-5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience managing diaries, arranging complex travel, organising meetings and coordinating events
  • Ability to work autonomously and have a proactive approach with exceptional attention to detail
  • A can-do attitude, excellent communication, planning and organisation skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements will enable you to effectively manage and deliver results
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite.
