Join Macquarie Asset Management as an Executive Assistant and provide critical support to our leadership team to help drive operational excellence across the division In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse set of responsibilities as well as serve as a mentor to a junior Executive Assistant, fostering their growth and development.

    In this role, your high level of accountability and organisation will see you take ownership of end-to-end executive administration for senior leaders, including the coordination of meetings, visits, and key events. You will enable the seamless running of the department by managing general office administration along with other duties such as travel management, calendar management utilising Microsoft Outlook, reporting, and creating high-quality presentations in Excel and PowerPoint.

    • ​​Hands-on experience as executive assistant, executive administration or secretarial roles. ​
    • Professional maturity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong computer skills in relevant applications, such as the MS Office Suite, with particular proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
    • ​Effective use of technology for video conferencing, events, and training, along with working knowledge of expense and travel management applications, and the ability to leverage existing systems/templates.​
