What role will you play?

You’ll join a team responsible for building, operating and continuously improving the CI/CD platform used by development teams across Banking and Financial Services. The team owns the platform end to end, from understanding business and engineering needs through to development, maintenance, automated testing, delivery and occasional production support. You’ll help create reliable, scalable tooling that enables teams to build, test and release software efficiently and confidently. 

What you offer

  • Experience with Java or Python, with a willingness to learn and work with Go 
  • Good understanding of Kubernetes, Docker and container technologies 
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions 
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, delivery or developer workflows 
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and solve them systematically 
  • Ability to identify gaps, improve tooling and enhance the developer experience.
