This role leads the effort to build and improve the systems that monitor the firm’s emails, chats, voice calls, and other electronic communications, making sure they stay strong, modern, and effective. What role will you play?

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and execute the strategic direction of the firm’s electronic communications surveillance platforms, ensuring they effectively monitor email, chat, voice, and new communication channels. You will design and strengthen the governance and control frameworks that keep these surveillance systems reliable, compliant, and adaptable as regulatory expectations evolve. You will also lead key implementation and enhancement initiatives by partnering with Technology, Compliance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver upgrades that improve monitoring accuracy and efficiency. The ability to provide clear insights, expertise, and updates to senior stakeholders becomes essential in guiding the firm’s surveillance capabilities and overall risk management approach.

Salary range for this position: $168,000- $192,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance surveillance, electronic communications monitoring, financial services compliance, or related risk functions.
  • Experience working with surveillance platforms and communications monitoring technologies.
  • Experience supporting surveillance platform implementations or technology initiatives.
  • Knowledge of regulatory expectations related to communications monitoring and recordkeeping.
