What role will you play?

In this role you will lead the design and delivery of the core operational flow that powers the post-trade lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and data teams to build a new platform from the ground up, with automation and intelligent decision-making built in. Your work helps remove manual steps and creates a simpler, more reliable experience at scale.

What you offer

  • Strong product ownership skills in engineering-led environments, with the ability to shape both what is built and why
  • Experience building workflow systems or operational platforms from the ground up
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and deliver at pace in a greenfield environment
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and data
  • Practical experience, or a strong mindset, in using automation and artificial intelligence as part of core product design.
