What role will you play?

You will provide a high level of support to a team of eight busy executives partnering with them to ensure their day runs smoothly and efficiently. You will utilise your strong time management skills to manage busy diaries and conflicting deadlines, working collaboratively with a variety of EAs across the business. 

What you offer

• 2+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant 
• Experience managing diaries, arranging complex travel, organising meetings and coordinating events 
• Ability to work autonomously and have a proactive approach with exceptional attention to detail 
• A can-do attitude, excellent communication, planning and organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite.
