What role will you play?

In this newly created role you will support three Directors and their teams by managing diaries and coordinating meetings. Acting as a key resource for the business support team, you will work closely alongside three Executive Assistants to be the key contact to your teams. You’ll be responsible for coordinating logistics for team events, meetings, and training and provide a seamless experience for team members during onboarding and offboarding.

• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Ability to communicate effectively, via multiple platforms
• Superb organisational skills, with proven experience managing various competing responsibilities including diary management, event coordination and meeting schedules
• A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a flexible and proactive approach to providing support across the team
• A passion for helping people.
