What role will you play?

You will support the day‑to‑day portfolio and product governance activities by contributing to reporting, process documentation, and basic assurance tasks under the guidance of senior team members. You will assist with portfolio administration by maintaining Jira, Confluence and JSM artefacts, responding to stakeholder requests, and supporting financial, resource management and timesheet activities through data collation and tracking.

You will be involved in maintaining and supporting Power BI dashboards and reports in line with defined standards, performing routine data checks and validations to ensure accuracy and consistency, and preparing clear, fit‑for‑purpose reports and summaries for review. You will also collaborate with team members to gather and document reporting requirements, proactively escalating issues or risks where appropriate to support effective delivery outcomes.

  • Experience or demonstrated capability in Power BI reporting, data analysis or business intelligence, with a solid understanding of basic data concepts
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to analyse data, follow established processes and resolve issues with guidance
  • Exposure to Jira, JSM and/or Confluence is an advantage, with a willingness to learn where experience is limited
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work patiently and effectively across diverse local and global teams
  • Understanding of, or exposure to, change delivery, data‑related initiatives, portfolio or product operations, with the ability to deliver quality outcomes within deadlines.
