Our Client Fulfilment team within Commodities and Global Markets supports clients throughout their entire relationship with Macquarie, from onboarding through ongoing service. The team focuses on delivering a smooth client experience while maintaining strong operational standards and meeting regulatory obligations at every stage.

What role will you play?

As a Business Data Analyst within the FenX Transition Program, you will support the transition of institutional clients and client due diligence processes to a new strategic platform. You will design and implement data, policy and control solutions that meet regulatory and business needs, working closely with partners across compliance, client services and technology. Your work will help ensure high-quality client data, effective risk management, and a successful programme delivery.

What you offer

  • Proven experience working with institutional client data, including data governance, quality controls and regulatory compliance, ideally within a banking or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of client due diligence requirements, including Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering standards, and how these apply in a global institutional context
  • Experience analysing data, defining validation rules, and supporting data migration, transformation or transition programmes end to end
  • Experience using SQL
  • Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders, facilitating workshops, managing requirements, and providing clear updates in a fast-paced and change-driven environment
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by experience using common business tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio and the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to support testing and user acceptance activities
