Our Data and AI change team partners across Macquarie to support the successful delivery of data and artificial intelligence initiatives. What role will you play?

As a Change Manager, you will lead the delivery of change outcomes across a portfolio of Data and AI initiatives, ensuring people impacts are identified, stakeholders are engaged, and adoption activities are effectively planned and delivered. You will work closely with project teams, central functions and business representatives to deliver consistent, high‑quality change from start to finish, supporting larger or more complex programmes as required. Your focus will be on enabling readiness, driving adoption, and ensuring change is embedded into everyday ways of working.

  • Proven experience leading end‑to‑end change delivery on complex initiatives, ideally within data, technology or highly governed environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions, manage expectations, and escalate risks or decisions appropriately
  • Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex change impacts into clear messages, actions and insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience developing change, engagement and communication materials that support readiness and adoption
  • Experience applying structured change approaches and ways of working, with a focus on supporting business readiness, managing resistance, and sustaining long‑term adoption.
