Our Engagement team connects our people to leadership, strategy and purpose through streamlined, insight-led internal communications that build engagement, advocacy and shared understanding. We achieve this through consistent messaging, effective channel management and close partnerships with stakeholders across the Group.

This role will be offered on a 12-month maximum term contract.

What role will you play?

You will manage Group-wide internal communication strategies, projects and campaigns. Working closely with senior leaders, stakeholders and colleagues, you will deliver clear, engaging communications that support strategy execution, strengthen employee engagement and advance business outcomes. 

What you offer

  • Proven expertise in internal communications, with strong industry knowledge and a focus on employee engagement.
  • Demonstrable ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted relationships across different teams and regions.
  • Experience developing and managing written and multimedia content for multiple communication platforms.
  • Strong skills in using data and reporting to improve communication effectiveness and user experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
