Join our Commodities and Global Markets Central Controls team, which supports the organisation by delivering trusted data, clear insights and strong reporting to help manage performance, risk and control outcomes. What role will you play?

You will partner closely with a broad range of business stakeholders to lead the design and delivery of end to end data pipelines and analytical solutions within a highly governed environment. You will be responsible for managing data initiatives from conception through to delivery, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non technical audiences.

In addition, you will uphold data quality and governance standards and contribute to the ongoing development of the team’s capability to ensure consistent, high quality delivery.

What you offer

  • 5+ years’ experience in an analytics or data visualisation role, with exposure to managing stakeholders and delivering data solutions
  • Proficiency with data visualisation tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) and data analysis or scripting languages (such as SQL, Python, R or similar)
  • Experience with automation, ETL tools or analytical workflows such as Dataiku, Alteryx or similar
  • Strong ability to work with large, complex datasets and perform data validation and quality checks
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience providing guidance, coaching and peer review support, and contributing to capability building and knowledge sharing within an analytics team.
