What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of Group Technology and Security’s strategic portfolio by working closely with both technical and business teams. You will gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating complex technical information into clear and practical outcomes. By reviewing end‑to‑end processes and identifying improvement opportunities, you will help deliver solutions that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enhance adoption.

What you offer

  • 2–3 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst across technology initiatives, with proven requirements gathering capability
  • At least 1 year of experience working with data, including analysis, reporting, and dashboarding
  • Experience providing project‑level analysis, supported by technical reporting and dashboarding to inform delivery and decision‑making
  • Experience using data analysis and reporting tools to produce clear insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively between technical teams and business partners.
